À l’occasion de l’événement Forum Design de Paris qui se déroule les 16, 17 et 18 novembre 2018, un appel à projets est lancé pour le campus à destination des étudiants et jeunes diplômés en design, art, architecture et innovation.
Résultats de l’appel à projets Campus
Le jury s’est réuni jeudi 27 septembre 2018. Il était composé de Caroline Bouige, rédactrice en chef de la revue étapes:, Laure Kuntzinger, fondatrice de LKecowork, Eugenia Morpurgo, designer (alumni de la Design Academy Eindhoven), Carola Moujan, designer et enseignante et Sylvie Tissot, chercheuse en informatique et enseignante. Trois projets lauréats ont été choisis :
Les lauréats recevront leur prix le dimanche 18 novembre à 18h pendant le Forum Design de Paris.
Le monde change. Pour le rendre durable et désirable, trois attentions sont vitales :
On nous prédit bien des catastrophes : une planète invivable, une société inégalitaire et violente, une prise de pouvoir par les machines. Cela n’est pourtant pas une fatalité. De nombreux citoyens, politiques, scientifiques, paysans, créateurs, entrepreneurs, artisans, penseurs, étudiants, pédagogues, agissent concrètement et inventent de nouvelles façons d’être au monde, où la technologie prend une place à la fois essentielle et critique. Le changement passe par la formalisation de nouvelles expériences, par la création d’usages durables, par l’expérimentation de nouvelles pratiques.
Les étudiants et jeunes diplômés sont invités à proposer des projets personnels s’inscrivant dans cette mutation et offrant un regard, un usage, des pratiques inédits ou différents pour aller vers un monde plus durable, vivable, égalitaire et social.
Trois mots clés, Culture, Social, Nature sont à retenir et à questionner sous l’ange des outils, des échelles, des modes de production et de consommation. Les projets devront s’inscrire dans l’une des trois catégories suivantes :
Les formalisations sont libres et multiples, allant de l’objet au dispositif spatial en passant par le graphisme, l’image animée, le son, la maquette, la performance, etc.
Les candidats doivent être régulièrement inscrits (tous niveaux acceptés) dans une école de design, d’art, d’arts appliqués, d’architecture, dans un cursus orienté innovation (autres écoles) ou être diplômés de ces écoles / formations en 2017 ou 2018.
Le jury sera composé de personnalités du monde du design, de l’art et de l’architecture (institutions culturelles, monde professionnel, société civile…). Il accordera autant d’attention à la forme qu’au contenu des projets.
Un lauréat par catégorie. Les projets lauréats seront publiés dans la revue Étapes et présentés pendant l’événement « Forum Design de Paris » ainsi que sur ses supports médias (web et réseaux sociaux). Chaque lauréat recevra un prix de 500€ – à partager entre co-auteurs le cas échéant.

Délibération du jury et communication des résultats Début octobre

Chaque projet doit correspondre à une et une seule catégorie. Les candidats peuvent répondre à plusieurs catégorie dans la limite d’un projet par catégorie maximum.
Les projets sont à envoyer sous forme dématérialisée par lien wetransfer à l’adresse mail : campus[@]369editions.com
Sont acceptés les fichiers au format .jpeg, .pdf, .mov ou .m4p. Tous fichiers ne respectant pas ces conditions seront rejetés.
En cas de prototype, ce dernier pourra être envoyé par courrier en complément de l’envoi dématérialisé qui devra alors comporter des photographies du prototype fini.
La date limite de réception du prototype est le 24 septembre 2018. L’adresse est :

On the occasion of the « Paris Design Forum » event which will take place on the 16th, 17th and 18th of November 2018, the Campus Open Call for Projects is launched for students and young graduates in design, art, architecture and innovation.

The jury met on Thursday September 27, 2018. It was composed of Caroline Bouige, editor-in-chief of the magazine étapes:, Laure Kuntzinger, founder of LKecowork, Eugenia Morpurgo, designer (alumni of the Design Academy Eindhoven), Carola Moujan, designer and teacher and Sylvie Tissot, computer researcher and teacher. Three winning projects have been selected:
Editorial category: Gabriel Fontana, project Playbook
Prototyping category: Valdis Steinnarsdottir, project Bioplastic
Process category: Céline Gauthier, project Prendre soin par le végétal
The laureates will receive their prize on Sunday November 18 at 6pm during the Forum Design de Paris.
The world is changing. To make it sustainable and desirable, three attentions are vital:
We are predicted many disasters: an unbearable planet, an unequal and violent society, a seizure of power by machines.
However, this is not inevitable. Many citizens, politicians, scientists, farmers, creators, entrepreneurs, craftsmen, thinkers, students and educators are taking concrete action and inventing new ways of being in the world, where technology is both essential and critical. Change involves formalising new experiences, creating sustainable uses and experimenting with new practices.
Students and young graduates are invited to propose personal projects that fit into this mutation and offer a new or different look, use and practices to move towards a more sustainable, liveable, egalitarian and social world.
It will question the themes, Culture, Social, Nature, under the angle of tools, scales, modes of production and consumption. Only one or several themes can be addressed.
Projects must fall into one of the following three categories: editorial (narration, transcription, story-telling…), prototyping (manufacturing, production, creation…), process (inter-relations, use and usages).
The formalizations are free and multiple, going from the object and the spatial isntallation to graphic design, the animated image, sound, model, performance, etc..
Applicants must be regularly registered (all levels accepted) in a school of design, art, applied arts, architecture, in an innovation-oriented curriculum (other schools) or be graduates of these schools/training in 2017 or 2018.
The jury will be composed of personalities from the world of design, art and architecture (cultural institutions, professional world, civil society…). It will pay as much attention to the form as to the content of the projects.
One winner per category.
The winning projects will be published in the journal Etapes and presented during the event « Forum Design de Paris » as well as on its media supports (web and social networks). Each winner will receive a prize of 500 €, to be shared between co-authors if necessary.

Each project must correspond to one and only one category (editorial, prototyping, process). Applicants may apply to more than one category up to a maximum of one project per category.
The projects are to be sent in dematerialized form by a wetransfer link to the email address: campus@369editions.com
Files in .jpeg, .pdf, .mov or .m4p format are accepted. Any files that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
In the case of a prototype, the latter may be sent by post in addition to the dematerialized shipment, which must then include photographs of the finished prototype. The postal address is:
